Traumatic experiences are remembered by your body and transcribed into belief systems that shape your sense of safety (fear and worry), competence ( self-worth), control (anxiety), and responsibility (shame).
Together, we will release stored trauma from your body and reshape the narratives you hold about yourself and the world—moving toward a truth that is more honest, compassionate, and hopeful. Our work is co-created, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), breathwork, and somatic practices.
While I specialize in childhood trauma, I also support clients in exploring other hardships and identity-related experiences.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a transformative therapeutic model that helps you explore and heal different parts of you that have either become too extreme or hidden. In therapy with me, we will honor your internal world and build a compassionate connection with the parts of you that carry pain, harmful memories, and unhelpful self narratives.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapeutic approach to healing trauma, distressing memories, and deeply rooted negative beliefs. You will learn EMDR grounding tools, process painful experiences, work with present-day triggers and plan for the future in a safe and structured way, allowing your mind and body to heal.
